En busca de un sueño (In search of a dream)

Project.

In late summer 2012, artist José Antonio Olarte covered some 200 metres of the Camino de Santiago as it passes through Ventosa with canvases for several days as part of an art installation.

His goal was to capture the footprints that pilgrims leave as they walk, printing them on the canvas as if it were a large painting.

“…we walk, and we leave traces of our hopes and stories, as numerous and diverse as we human beings”.
